Returns/Exchanges

We understand that you are purchasing something you can't smell until you have it in hand. We want our customers to be happy with the products they choose. We’re here to make it right. If the product you bought isn't quite your vibe, exchange it for a different scent or return it for your money back.

Unused candles may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping is non-refundable and we are not responsible for return shipping costs, including exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We know that choosing a scent online can be tricky. We offer a discount on our bundle of smaller 4oz. candle tins so you can try a variety before you buy.
